This song was recorded while I was living and working in Philadelphia, and when I needed kids on the track, I sent a letter home with my vocal students asking if they would help me out. Not only did every student show up, driven by their parents to be a part of this special song, but several of my friends also showed up to assist with the recording (Fitzy) and conducting (Steph Allen) and background vocals (Steph, Jas, and Katie). It was an entire show. This still brings me to tears to think about...
